VACOTEL was established in 2015 by four friends who had an idea for creating a secure international company that provides broadband radio Internet access and professional services of integration for the IT market all around the globe.

Our mission as a growing company that develops and improves is to provide the best services for our customers, secure their needs, and provide the finest and most reliable telecom solution to them in the best way possible. We seek to be the leader in telecommunications through the use of emerging technologies, easy communication, and good negotiation skills. Whether it is wholesale, mobile communication, or retail services, our main goal is to work closely with our clients, service partners, and suppliers.

VACOTEL buys and sells voice capacity in a variety of emerging markets. In general, we consolidate this capacity and sell it on a dedicated basis to retail carriers worldwide. Being experts in both voice origination and termination, we help carriers at different stages with infrastructure investment, streamline efficiency, and free up valuable resources, so they can focus on their core business. We are open to new intentions and plans to help our customers.

- Flexible credit allocation – subject to acceptable credit review, we can extend up to 30 net 30 terms.
OUR SHORT HISTORY
2015
After the successful launch of projects in IP telephony, we decided to expand our activities in the field of telecommunications. As a result, we have created a new international telecom company, VACOTEL, which deals in wholesale VoIP and SMS traffic transit trading. As a consequence of its expertise and wide range of partners worldwide, our company offers wholesale VoIP services at competitive prices for everyone.
2018
Our company never stops growing. As a part of VACOTEL, in 2018 was established VACOTEL OOD, a Bulgarian-located telecom company, which continues to expand our client’s network further in the Europe region and offers a comprehensive portfolio of voice and SMS services there. We aim to work in such a way that our customers are completely satisfied with our services and mature and thrive with us.
2021
First-time participant in Wholesale World Congress in Madrid & CEE GCCM in Berlin. Result-oriented discussions and efficient meetings. Improved service standards. Welcoming new team members.
2022
Tiring and comprehensive period for company cause of whole scale invasion. Started with GCCM conference in London, followed by GCCM Europe and CC-Mobile Messaging Summit in Berlin second participating. The company also attended the GCCM CIS conference in Kazakhstan and participated for the second time in WWC Madrid.
2024
Participation in key industry conferences worldwide. The journey included Capacity Middle East in Dubai 2024, GCCM Almaty 2023, WWC Madrid 2023, and the Affiliate World Conference in Barcelona 2023 (first-time participation). The company also attended Capacity Asia in Singapore 2023, Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok 2023, and returned to Capacity Middle East in Dubai 2024. Additionally, participation extended to ITW Conference 2024, GCCM Europe in Berlin 2024, GCCM CIS 2024, and WWC 2024, reinforcing the company’s global presence and industry engagement.
