If you have:

– Customer support experience from 1 year
– understanding of the VOIP, reading PCAP dumps;
– knowledge of the principles of SIP and VOIP protocols;
– fluent in Ukrainian;
– English proficiency at A2-B1 level;
– ability to competently and concisely present information both in writing and orally;
– sociability, punctuality, attentiveness;
– desire and readiness to study

Will be a plus – experience in a similar field from 1 year and knowledge of network technology.

Your responsibilities will be:

– Techno support in the connection of essential services and additional services to new and existing customers of the company;
– Consultation of clients for setting services and VOIP equipment; services for corporate customers;
– Processing of technical applications in the escape system related to the performance of VOIP services and services;
– Developing infrastructure and new VOIP services for corporate clients.
– Administering Linux systems (routing voice and internet traffic, firewall settings, and constructing VPN tunnels).
– System documentation.
– Prompt reporting

Areas of Responsibility:

– Promote, sell and buy Voip routes and help our customer improve its market positioning in the international wholesale and retail markets.
– Develop and enhance your customer portfolio by bringing on board retail clients, mobile operators, call centers, and other customers and suppliers to add value to company’s customer portfolio and growth.
– Raising company awareness via industry forums/chats activity & participation in conferences (both local and international).
– Manage all end-to-end activities with your customer base, including interconnection projects, contract negotiations, and other related operational activities.
– Daily monitoring and performance optimization of dedicated pool of accounts: checking stats, control on traffic quality, confirming bumps or decreases in rates, scaling of profitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources.
– Responsible for overall customer profitability for your respective portfolio.
– Accountable for all customer related matters including financial, technical, and administrative matters (with the support of other departments in the company).

Will be a plus – knowledge of others foreign languages will be a benefit.

Qualifications:

– Working experience in the telecommunication company from 1 year.
– University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar domains.
– Proven track record in sales and negotiations with strong customer relationships.
– Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical skills and ability to find growing points.
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English
– Successful experience in working at other carrier wholesale operators.
– Participation in events/conferences.
